On my Gratitude (pt. 1)

My mother championed that - as a young'n without much to lose - now's my time take risks in the name of ambition.  So naturally I spend a lot of time envisioning the future.  Then act like I've torn the fabrics of space-time itself to make sure that future happens!

Though I realize it's silly to not take in blasts from the past.  At least every once in awhile.  After all, to the past I owe a lot of gratitude.  Since even though I'm a young'n without much to lose, there's still much I do have.  My mother's wisdom being one of them.

So I'd like to share some old projects with you before I move on to new ones!  Even though...like most artists, looking back on my work tends to make me cringe.  Haha.  As an animator and dank internet memester, here's some experiences I recall with gratitude.

Here's my Thesis Film I completed with my friends at LMU.  Sure, there's alot of things I'd like to fix now...but I wouldn't dare tarnish the sum of my friend's and I's collegiate efforts.  Okay maybe I will dare.  Really love the climax though.

Every episode of Top Fails Breakdown I worked on was usually an all night labour of love.  I chose this one specifically because I snuck in a Pikachu bwahaha.

Yea, I contributed to the great internet cat video epidemic.  What about it?  Fite me irl m8.

And of course I'm grateful to you, who just sit through all that!  If you want to see more I'll add them to my portfolio pages that you could click above.  Please look forward to what's coming from next! I swear it'll have you cringing less and less~

Merrily go,
Stephan

What's next??

Haven't felt so free in awhile!

But more on that later....
Now's not the time for looking back in introspection.  Now's the time to move toward forward!

But I ought to watch my step, so I don't fall flat on my face.

Has it really been two years since the last post here?  I've been doing A LOT of writing and a bit posting over on Tumblr.  But now it's time to pull all my faculties together and focus.  Because I'm not quite the same as two years ago.  Now I'm a little wiser, yet somehow that has somehow made me more ambitiously naive.

So the next steps I take are crucial.  This being one of them.  This blog is going to see a major re-haul! And there's plenty of stories I'd like to share.

And I hope there'll be more people to share them with~

- Let's go!!!
